With a background in customer service, hospitality, and business management, Lauren brings strong communication, organization, and leadership skills to every client interaction. Since launching her real estate career in 2019, she has earned her broker’s license and Supervising Broker status and now serves as Owner and Broker of LT Real Estate. She consistently ranks among the top 10% of producing agents in Montana and is known for her integrity, confidence, and market expertise.

Guided by her faith and devoted to her family, Lauren brings intention and care to everything she does. Alongside Michael, she is raising their three children Aeva, Nora, and Harvey—and the values they share inspire the dedication she brings to every client. In 2021, Lauren made the intentional decision to pursue real estate full-time, striking a balance that allows her to serve her clients wholeheartedly while remaining present for her family. That same balance guides how she leads, builds relationships, and makes a meaningful impact in her community.
